HP Color LaserJet flow MFP M880

Hi!

New member and first time posting.
I have a HP Color LaserJet flow MFP M880 with secure print on my printserver. I've set it up so every user gets their own PIN code. But that's not the issue since it works perfectly.

My question is: Can you make a shortcut on the printer screen (control panel), to easily pick up the stored jobs?

Instead of having to navigate through "Print > Print from Job Storage > Choose > HP User > [document]" to get to the document, you can just press a shortcut that leads directly to that folder?

I've tried to read the manual but can't anything regarding this, nor searching the forums helped so this is a kind of a long shot. But it's my last resort, otherwise the users have to live with the fact that they have to navigate through those steps.

Kind regards,

Marky

Which version of firmware are you using FutureSmart 3 or FutureSmart 4. FutureSmart4 offers much improved interface and flexible configuration.  For instance, you can place the print from job storage icon directly on the main screen so there is no paging through options.
