HP Color Laserjet MFP M227 dw stuck the toner drawer

I open the front door of the printer to replace the toner and while i pulling out the drawer stuck in the middle. Now is not move outside or inside. Please can you help me

Here are the steps to replace the toner

1. Lift the scanner assembly, and then open the top cover.\

2. 1. 

      Lift the scanner assembly

   2. Open the top cover

3. Remove the toner cartridge.

   

4. Recycle the old toner cartridge.

5. Remove the new toner cartridge from the box and packaging shell.

   

6. Align the new toner cartridge with the tracks inside the printer, and then push the toner cartridge until it is firmly seated.

   

7. Close the top cover, and then lower the scanner assembly.

8. 1. 

      Close the top cover

   2. Lower the scanner assembly
