Pages stick together on re feed and it appears that the anti-staticxc brush is not wiping the paper correctly.  is this related to the moisture contect of the paper?

@Shinerwright50 Are you referring to the HP LaserJet 1020 Model, as the one you've mentioned does not have automatic two-sided printing feature, refer to this article to confirm product specifications: Click here

Please re-confirm the model number, and if it turns out to be the above model, I'm afraid that's a commercial device:

For information on this product, please contact our Commercial Support Team by filling the web form using this link - www.hp.com/contacthp

- On that page, where it says to enter my HP model number, enter your product details and click on find my product

- On the next page, it will ask you to enter your basic details and the description of the issue.

- Once you have filled that, click on show options.

- It will give you phone support option.

- Once you select that it will give you a case number and a phone number to contact.

@Shinerwright50 I appreciate the screenshot, as it helps me explain the fact that this printer does not support automatic two-sided printing, what you've been doing is manual work and if the feeder isn't picking up the paper as it should, and you've tried multiple paper types, yet have the same issue, this could be a hardware malfunction.

If the issue occurs only on one particular paper type, it could be because of the moisture contact of the paper as you've rightfully mentioned.

(I hope that helps clarifies my post and answers your query).

I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:

follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
