Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer will print the colors on the whole page, but will only print black on the last 1/2 inch of the paper.  I have tried all the online solutions as far as cleaning the overflow tray, running all the cleaning tools available on the printer, etc.   Can someone tell me if this is a fixable problem or if I need to pitch the printer?  If it is fixable, how?  Thanks! Resized_20190804_091730.jpeg

A line that sharply defined typically means that the printing dies for that section have failed and replacing the print bar is the only solution.  That part is more costly than replacing the printer. This assumes that you have run all levels of cleaning with no black ink at all showing.

Thank you so much for the reply.  I was afraid that was the problem with the corresponding solution.    I appreciate you taking the time to help me so that I don't keep spinning my wheels...  Have a great day!
