Can anyone tell me how to adjust the paper input guides on a HP TopShot Laser Jet Pro M275 PLEASE?

Thanks for your return,

It is necessary to lower the capture stage and the camera arm before the input paper loading guides can be moved.

Hello,

Adjust the guides until they are snug against the paper.

Refer to your printer's User Guide, on page 17 (Load the input tray).

Many thanks for your reply.

Somehow I have managed to "lock" the 2 side guides in the centre position and am unable to move them . Unfortunately none of the manuals gives me the information i need to once again open the guides out to A4 size. Does this make sense?

Normally, you only need to do the opposite to return the input paper loading guide to its original location.

Thanks again. The guides seem to be locked solid and I am wondering if there is a release button of some description that I am overlooking?
