Color laserjet pro MFP M281fdw

Recently changed the blank ink in printer. Since then printing quality has been off - coloured pages are blurred almost like I need 3D glasses to see clearly! I’ve calibrated lots of times and not making a difference. Did a print quality test and I can see that the blue and black are overlapping and there’s a gap between the pink and black. Any tips on what I can do to solve the problem?

thanks!

It is possible that the calibrations are corrupted. Best advice is to ensure you have current firmware installed, perform a factory reset and then perform 3 full calibrations.

Since the black cartridge was changed last, then that is your problem. Sometimes cartridges just won't play well with the others. I've seen it many times with many customers, typically when using non-OEM cartridges. When the colors just won't calibrate and align to the black, I replace the black with a new cartridge and it almost always corrects the problem. Then return the defective cartridge if still under warranty.
