Restore the factory-set defaults
Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the product and network settings to the factory defaults. It

follow these steps.
CAUTION: Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the settings to the factory defaults, and it also
deletes any pages that are stored in the memory.

There is no factory reset for the LaserJet Pro MFP 125 a on page 75 of the Guide. The menus and buttons used in the processes described on page 75 of the Manual do not already have the LaserJet Pro MFP 125a.

I checked the link and it provided me with the steps I previously mentioned.  Are we talking about the correct printer model?

Attached is a screenshot of the user manual on page 75 for the 125a.  Maybe this will work better for you. I also provided a text copy of the steps from the manual.

Note that there are at least 2 levels of resets on a given HP Laserjet:

- Restore Factory Defaults

- NVRAM Reset

- COLD Reset

The NVRAM and COLD reset options are stored in the Service Manuals, which are Privileged Resources.  You will need to contact HP directly if you want either of those steps.
