Hello there,
I had some issues with my Printer, that it often cant recognize files which we are printing. That happens when we try to print from mobile device from HP Smart app, or without it. So I have got an idea to try to reset to factory defaults and maybe it will be better, maybe it is just some issue which came with connecting to many devices.
So then I had new problem, how to find EWS ID and Password for my printer (HP Laser MFP 135w). What are the steps to get these things?
Best regards!

Hi Marko,
The default user would be admin with an empty password, then you may change it by selecting a password or by keeping it the same.

Hi ShlomiL,
Thanks for helping to find ID and password, it worked well! I have another question, because this EWS for HP Laser MFP 135w isnt the same like to others. I wanted to reset to factory defaults my printer but there is not sign of that on this site. Can i take your time again to try to help me? 😁
Best regards!

Sure, feel free to ask at any time!
What exact settings would you like to restore and due to what reason?
e.g. network settings, faxing? there are several reset options for different purposes, knowing the exact reason or problem will allow pointing you more accurately.

Look, I bought this Printer I think in November 2019, and not really recently I started getting problems with it. The problems which I am talking are that I turn on printer, try to connect with it on phone but I cant, then when I finaly connect after few secs lose connection.
Sometimes I am printing one file about 20 pages, and I am giving commands from phone, and randomly after like 4 5 pages system break and start printing some errors on papers like it couldnt encrypt file.
So I got an idea 😁 to try reset system myb something went wrong. Myb connection is losing because of too many devices connected with printer, that is what I dont know and want to explain me if you can.
Thanks and best regards!

generally, such behavior likely occurs due to network connectivity problems, I highly doubt that resetting the printer will resolve a such, but restoring the network settings may help.
May you have any network change prior to this behavior? any router replacement, range extender installation, etc?
How far is your printer located from your router? may you have any change there too?
Another suggested step would be restarting your router.
Once the internet connection returns on your computer restart the printer too and check if you may have any difference.
Please give these steps a try first and let me know if that may help, it is better to cover this first.

Thanks for giving me these steps, I will try most of them because I use brothers WI-FI from floor above me. Maybe that is reason of low connection, but I will for sure put range on max. I mostly use printer on WI-FI, so printer is not connected to computer when I am printing something from phone, and mostly problems begins there, not too much when printer is connected with USB on computer.
Thanks for helping me, hope this will work!
Best regards!
