Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have forgotten the admin password for my Color LaserJet Pro MFP 281 and would like to find a way to reset it.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you please share the picture of the password screen?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your Printer prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
