Product: laserjet M281
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
I have a one-year-old laserjet M281. I have just bought a new router (Sky network). The printer recognises the new wifi network but asks for a passphrase. This apparently isn't the new router's password. What is it and where can I find it? The printer worked fine with old sky wifi network.

The Passphrase is the router's WiFI security "password" for the selected security protocol being used. You'll need to find or set it within the router itself and match the protocol and it's passphrase in the printer.
