Hello All,
I've just purchased the HP Laserjet M281cdw from Costco for my office, however, the printer is sitting next to a couple desks and the blinking light when in standby is driving my coworkers mad. The office is small and nowhere else to put it. Is there a way I can disable this or do I have to return it?

Apologies for jumping in unannounced.
@Valsimot is correct, annoying blink cannot be removed.
You can, however, easily cover the light to either dim it or completely osbsure it.
IF you are intested in doing so, either make device a cover of your own or perhaps make use of products that are sold for this purpose.
The website is the "home" -- you can purchase these little gems almost anywhere...
OR
Return the product for another printer that does not light up and annoy the people sitting near it.
