Toners are not close to empty. I had a control board from a cm4730 that I manipulated to check to see if there was an issue with the board , but it still prints in black only. There are two black streaks one the back of every print, is it possible that the transfer kit is bad? If it only prints black should that tell me that the transfer kit is still working properly?

I found out it was a defective transfer kit, showed 64% still good but it wasn’t, thanks for the help.
