First step is to try and determine whether you have a failed power supply or one of the other boards such as formatter. Disconnect all cabling and leave unit powered off for at least 15 minutes. Then plug in only the power cord, observing carefully as you do fir any sign of life, even a fan turning on will usually indicate that there is power. If there are no signs of life, then likely the power supply has failed, may simply be a bad fuse on the board, but to fail out of the blue if there has been no power issues like a surge or brownout suggests more serious issues. Based on the value of this device you need to decide whether it is worth the time and money trying to fix or if it would be better to simply replace it.
