Product: LaserJet 4050n

I plug my 4050n into an HP Notebook.  It worked fine before the move, but now prints blank pages.  The printer cartridge is fairly new, and I also tried it with a new cartridge.  There are no error messages on the printer.  I think something might have gotten shaken loose during the move, but can't locate it.

Have you tried to print a report from the control panel? One possibility is that the lever that opens the shutter on the laser when the cartridge is inserted has broken off. On a printer this old, plastics get brittle and things start to fail. Are you getting any error codes or just blank pages?
