I ran a cleaning page on my printer, but it got jammed at the rear door. The paper tore when I tried to clear the jam, so now there is a piece of paper that I can't get to in the "upper" roller. Is there a way to remove, what I believe to be the heating unit so I can get to the jam?

how comfortable are you with disassembly? The fuser is not a simple replacement, i will link a pdf of the procedure for you.

pop that into your web browser and it'll give you step by step instructions. at the very least, maybe you can pop the top cover to access the paper if its near the delivery assembly and not in the actual fuser.

Thanks Grad Student, I was not able to open the link you gave me. I was able to loosen the side panels, and get enough access to clear the jam and the printer is up and running again. I would still like to get access to that website for any future issue I may have. Again thank you for your help.

Thanks East 2100, for your reply. Unfortunately the jam was difficult to get to, even for your suggestion. I was able to loosen the side panels and get enough access to clear it. The printer is up and running again. Thank you for your time and suggestion.
