Product: LaserJet MFP M130fn

How do I connect it to the wifi and if it does not have that capability then just say so please and thank you.

Short answer, no. The M130FN would indicate it's designed for Fax and Network connection via an ethernet port. The M130FW would be for Fax and Wireless.

 

Long answer, I suppose you might be able to find some type of wifi antenna that uses an ethernet connection to make the printer work on a wireless network. We use an eero wifi antenna on a T120 HP wide format printer, but it's just as expensive as the printer your talking about- so not very cost effective.
