hp pagewide pro 477dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a logo on 1 page of labels (6 per page) to this new printer but it is printing the image very large, so it is cut off of each label.  I've printed this Word document numerious times to other printers without issue. When the document is previewed in Word, it looks correct and when I print to another printer in my office, it prints correctly.  How can I print this labels document to scale on the hp pagewide pro 477dw?

Thank you

Christine

A couple of ideas / places to check

If you used copy / paste to place the image into the document, the results might be different than expected.  Always use Insert to place image files into Word documents.

If you do not have the image / logo already saved as a file,

Open the Word document,

Right-Click on the image,

Save as Picture and save the file to your computer

Right-Click on the image and remove it (cut)

Click Insert > Pictures > find the file and insert it into the document

Right-Click on the image > Select Size and Position and adjust the size

Open the Word document >

File > Options > Advanced

Under Image Size and Quality

CHECK Do not compress images in file

Select the default resolution

OK to save and exit
