Hello, something bad happened during firmware update of my LaserJet M104a using Firmware Update App for macOS. After an update printer is not USB-discoverable.
Are there any options to perform factory reset of firmware/nvme?
Thank you

If your printer is not detectable over USB then you may have bricked it during the firmware update. This may require a replacement formatter board to fix the problem.
Contact HP and leverage your existing warranty if you have any first. If you are expired then consider calling a local printer repair shop and asking for a quote.
Your printer will not be able to accept any kinds of firmware resets if the process was interrupted. If you can get the printer to a ready screen then you may have a chance, but a hardware connection is going to be necessary to redo any firmware issues.
