Product: LaserJetPro M402dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.  When printing from  MS Word (Office 365) my LaserJetPro M402dn is creasing the trailing edge of #10 envelopes fed through the envelope tray.  All other printing functions seem to be working fine.  Anyone know what causes this and how to fix the problem?

This problem is often caused by either low quality or improperly stored media. Make sure you have the paper type set to envelope and try a different brand or batch of envelopes.
