Hello,

 

I'm trying to reset the page count on my Hp Laserjet M551 printer. 

 

In the technical manual it says it can be done by:

 

 To perform diagnostic and configuration procedures (for example, resetting page counts) for the HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color M551, you must install the CP1210 Service Config Tool (available at your HP authorized repair center

 

But I cannot find this software anywhere?  Any ideas?

Do you mean the fuser page count?
