The printer thinks it's connected. It even has a network IP address (192.168.1.74).
When I went to 123hp.com, and downloaded HPEasyStart_7_0_3546_36.exe. When I ran the program, it immediately saw the printer on the network at the above address and allowed me to download the drivers. When I downloaded the drivers and ran them, and got to the "Connection Type" screen, the application failed to find my printer on the network -- whether I let it search or typed in the IP address, the host name, or the Wireless HW address I got when I printed out the configuration report from the printer.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Thank you for your quick feedback! I tried to sign in with my addams013 account, but it doesn't seem to be sending password updates to my email address.
Anyway, I had tried a number of different tactics. As it turns out, purging the drivers (with printui.exe /s), resetting the router, printer, and computers in the order you suggested, then installing the drivers worked perfectly! Thank you so much for your time!
Let me mention what we tried, just in case it helps with people who might have similar problems:
- We reset the router, the printer, and the comptuers in different orders.
- We tried connecting to the printer with a USB cable and performing a first-time wireless connection. The computer and printer seemed to communicate with one another for a while, but after getting to 99%, the application returned an error and recommended resetting the computer.
- We tried downloading the driver and running it on our computers (LJ-Pro-200-color-M251-full-solution_15188.exe), but the software couldn't find the printer on the network, whether we tried auto-searching, searching by IP address, searching by hostname, or searching by wireless HW address.
- We tried downloading the easy-start software (HPEasyStart_7_0_3546_36.exe), which was able to find our printer on the wireless network and its IP address. The software then tried to install the drivers, and the drivers couldn't find the printer.
- We printed out the Wireless Network Test Report and the Configuration Report from the printer. Everything seemed to be fine.
- We tried stepping through all of the suggestions in the Troubleshooting Guide.
Again, we are so happy to be printing again! HP's printers have always worked reliably for us (I've had inkjets and laser printers from HP since the 1990s). We really do appreciate your time and effort.
