Am using Laserjet Pro 400 M401dn printer with P/N: CF278A. I had it disassembled during a maintenance, having assembled it ready for work, once i press power button, the printer becomes on silently. This is because the toner cartridge drum seems not to be rotating, printer gear does not rotate the cartridge's drum as the result the printer displays error message: "Jam in cartridge area.Open door and clear jam". How can i rectify the printer to have the cartridge's drum rotating!!?

Go back and check all the wiring to make sure you did not leave a connector loose or possibly a flag is stuck. If the printer detects a jam condition on power up none of the drive train engages to prevent damage. Especially the flag under the cartridge in the registration area or the back door
