Hi all,

 

unfortunately i have set "ip protection" and static ip on admin network printer settings and now when i try con connect to the printer by browser when i digit user and psw appear "Login IP Address is Protected"

it's an Italian printer whitout display.

i have tried to hold wifi button for 20 seconds but i have not resolved

Anyone can you tell me how can i reset to factory settings the printer?

Did you input a password when you set it up? If not it is possible that the device is using the default password which is the same as the default wifi passcode which is printed on a label on the printer.

Hi,

You would need to print a Network Configuration page and locate the WPS Pin Code for your printer to be used as the password, among the username admin as in your sample (all lower-case), please check below TKB:
