After downloading the driver from HP website. The computer showed extracting but no response afterwards.
When force to run the internalsw.exe file under admin rights, pop up message saying "
An administrator has blocked you from running this app"
So that driver cannot be installed

Hi,
Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zS1234)
Double click HpSetup.exe and the installation should now begin.

The local admin credentials on your machine are incorrect. Windows is blocking you from proceeding until you provide the correct credentials. It also looks like you are attempting to extract the incorrect file name.
The downloads and drivers for your printer on Win10x64 are here:
Under the Full Feature Software and Driver option we can see the file name should be LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe, not internalsw.exe.
Make sure you are attempting to run the correct file after you download it to your machine. Elevate the fullsolution.exe with your admin credentials and then you should find a folder on your C:\ that matches the name of the printer. The actual installation file should be Setup.exe.
