Thank You for you response Repairatrooper. The printer is brand new and it prints normally with multiipage outputs. I am wondering if it is the accounting software not sending the proper codes to eject the cheque and just checking around to see if anyone else has run into this issue. I've been in the business a long time and have never seen this before.

I am not sure how that is even possible because if the first check does not eject the printer should shut down. Does it function normally for other multipage print jobs? Might be dirty rollers slipping on the page and not feeding properly, but if that was the case you should get some sort of 13.xx.xx print error

Repairatroop.

The problem was with the driver in the accounting package. There is a field that allowed the form feed to be surpressed. Unchecked the box and all is working fine
