Hi @Francisz,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing skew printing issues with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw.

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

And here are a few steps for you in the link: Skewed Copies, Scans from ADF

You may also check the link: Fixing Poor Print Quality

Also, check if you are able to copy properly from the flatbed scanner.

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

Hi @Rainbow23,

Thank you for the reply. But the problem should not relate to the ADF. It happens not only when copy or scan, but also when print (even when print the demo page as shown in my previous post). Any suggestion?

Thanks and have a nice weekend,

Looks like the paper is not straight on the tray, make sure its flat on all 4 corners and the tray guides are correct not tight but firm onto the side of the paper.

Got exactly the same problem with a M277dw that I have just purchased.   Sent the first one back and the replacement does the same.

Paper is loaded straight, but the bottom of the page goes to the left.

Same thing happens if you use the sheet feeder.

That is the most werid problem I ever seen in my years in HP forums, did you taken out all the packaging materials per the instructions?

HP Recommended

Yes followed the instructions and removed everything.

Given that I've had 2 like it and the OP has the same problem could it be a bad batch?     Unforetunately no weekend customer support in the UK.

If you got the serial numbers that be a clue. Since most things is mass produced more than likely be a manufacturing defect.

For my case, I have tried to print with paper feeding from tray 1 and try 2, but both had the same crooked results. At the beginning when I received the printer in last November, the printing was fine. The same paper, but now it print crooked.
