So I eventually spoke to the tech support people on Monday, and they've concluded that the printer is faulty and will need to be returned.
I think I've had it with the M277 now, will be looking for an alternative.

Hi @Rainbow23,
Any suggestion on my problem. This problem is still here. Where I could bring it for repair?
Thanks,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are facing skew printing issues with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
And here are a few steps for you in the link: Skewed Copies, Scans from ADF
You may also check the link: Fixing Poor Print Quality
Also, check if you are able to copy properly from the flatbed scanner.
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.

After calling HP help line, chat with help person and went through multiple troubleshootings. They finally realized the printer is defective. But the problem is HP could not repir it. They offered me a refurbished unit. But I refused, why I should pay the full price end up with the refurbished one? They then transfered me to the Escalations Team. But they offered me even worse option to pay me $100 for buyback. It is less one third of the regular price. How I should accept this deal? I even offer them to pay $50 to me and I could take care it somewhere for repiring. They refused and closed this case and no longer reply me. It is worst customer service I have never met. I regret being a HP customer. Stay away from HP !!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

Maybe just see if the image transfer belt is not out of place. This looks like a possibility looking at the sample pages i viewed. It seems like the image is placed skew onto the belt before it is transferred to the paper.Hope this will give an idea where to look.

Thank you Copier-Pro for your suggestion. By following your suggestion, I checked the transfer belt. But visually I could not see any unusual. Since my unit is still under warranty period, I don't want to disassemble the parts for deeper check. It may void the warranty. I still think this unit is repairable or adjustable. So it is the reason I offered HP to repir it or I would find place to repir it. But so far, HP could only offer to replace with refurbished unit or buy back with less than one third of the current market price. Both options are bad for consumers and never listed in somewhere before we buy their products.

Except exchanging with a refurbished machine, HP could not do anything. I refused since it is not what I should pay for.HP agreed to provide me a coupon for compensation, but it never happend. Stay away if you are looking for a reliable product and service.
