MFP M475dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have upgraded the firmware to the latest version (Firmware Datecode: 20150126) and tried multiple drivers including PCL, PS and Universal Print.

Have also tried different print spooling options, printing to network name and IP address.  USB printing isn't possible/practical.

Small, text-only jobs generally print OK, but larger jobs (even printing a simple JPG image) fail and clog up the printer queue until cancelled.

Printer displays error MFP M475dn "Memory is low, Job Cancelled"   The error log on the web interface records "Insufficient Copy Memory"

Rebooting fixes the issue temporarily, but the problem comes back after printing a few jobs.  This printer worked fine for 6 months, and this issue started with no apparant change or reason.

Hello,

I was able to fix the issue by uninstalling the Windows 10 drivers and installing the Windows 7 ones.

HP LaserJet Pro 300/400 color M351/M451 Series PCL6 Print Driver

version 15.0.15188.1840 27 Oct 2015

64-Bit Download Link:  http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=4346264&swItemId=ly_101736_4&swEnvOid=406...

32-Bit Download Link:  http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=4346264&swItemId=ly_101736_4&swEnvOid=406...

I downloaded and ran the installer which extraced the drivers to the folder:  C:\HP_LJ300-400_color_M351-M451\

Then I went into the control panel and added the printer manually choosing the hpcm351c.inf for the driver.  The wizard probably would have worked too, but this was my procedure that did work.
