I am not familiar with the network connection process of your mobile device. However all you need to do to synch it up with the HP printer is complete a network connection to the printer first. This can be accomplished by connecting the printer to your home network over Ethernet cable or WiFi or using the HP Direct Connect Wireless feature on the printer itself.
Once you have a connection to the printer over wireless then teh HP Smart App should be able to find it and complete the rest of the configuration.
> Dissabeling agressive wifi does not work.
Complete a normal WiFi connection to the printer via Direct Connect or through your home network first. Then try the HP smart app again. It sounds like you are skipping the step where you connect to the printer over wireless.
If you are attempting to use Wireless Direct then you should see a network name broadcasing from teh printer in the same area as your home wifi network. There shoudl be some kind of a WiFi Networks area on your mobile device to confirm the options.

I would also like to clarify if yoru pritner is already conencted to the network or not.
The M15w is supported by HP Smart for pritning, not for Wireless Setup.. a such can be done using WPS or via your computer software and not from your mobile device.
