My HP Officejet 4630 won't print. Its small screen says: problems with at least one of the patrons. I have changed both of them. The patrons are: (1) HP 301XL/CH564EE 3 Colours, and (2) HP 301XL/CH563EE Black
In the System settings on my MacBook Pro, "error" is written as its status

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
Power resetting the printer and cleaning the cartridge electrical contacts may clear the ink cartridge error. Let's try these steps:
1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector
2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door
3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
4) Clean the electrical contacts, refer to step 3 from this document.
5) Plug the power cord back into the printer
6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.
Let me know how it goes!

Dear Senan6806.
Now I have tried to follow your advice, and I bought foam-rubbers and distilled water. The first attempt didn't work, however, since the message about problems with at least one patron came back. But then I saw that it was written "Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles." So I imagined that I might have done so with the ink cartridges, so I repeated the whole process but put in some new ink cartridges (patrons). Then it seemed to work since the message about patron problems wasn't there any more and the printer printed a proof sheet. Howevewr, when I subsequently tried to print a real document, I ran into a new problem: On my computer, the symbol for "HP Officejet 4630 series" is with a small symbol for a "flash", and when I click on the HP Officejet symbol, it is written: "The printer is not connected", and likewise "Unable to locate the printer". When I go to the System Settings, it is written: "Status: error".
But the printer is connected.
In the System Settings it is also written: "Placering: d34459" ("placering" is Danish, meaning "position") and "Type: HP Officejet 4630-AirPrint". This month my MacBookAir was substituted with a MacBook Pro. Do you think it has something to do with this circumstance?
Best wishes
Nils
