HP Color LaserJet MFP M180nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got a MFP M180nw, for some reason randomly start printing half page of the document, no matter if i print from PDF or Word, if i have a document full of text it will only print half of the paragraphs and the rest will be white, even if in the preview i can see the full page. first half of the sheet will be printed and the other half will not. I did a factory reset but still happends some times, im using the latest driver and software.

If you can see the full page in the printing preview then the problem should not be on the driver.  It might be somethign physical on the printer.

Double check your print preview for the page size parameters.  If you happen to be sending pages that are too large for your printer then your printer will print as much as it can and then cut off the rest.  Most print applications have some kind of "Scaling" feature that will allow you to fit your print job to a normal/letter sized sheet of paper.

Another great test in this scenario is to rule out the connected PC and drivers by printing a configuration page directly from the printer.  If the printers control panel reports cna print without a problem then we know the printer is fine.  At that point you have some kind of driver compatibility issue and shoudl try a different driver.
