My printer will print auto duplex however on the next occasion will revert to manual duplex. How do you stop this? I would like auto duplex as a default.

You must configure the duplex feature in the correct area.

Generally speaking printer settings are stored in a few common areas:

- Printer Control Panel

- Print Servers if you happen to print through one

- OS Defaults under Printers and Scanners

- Application defaults

- Individual job/document defaults

When you want a setting to apply to multiple situations I suggest starting with the OS defaults under Printers and Scanners/Devices and Printers.  Then work your way up to the application defaults.  Each application stores printer defaults in a different way and is beyond the scope of what we can help you with here on the printer forums.
