Product: HP LaserJet M604
Operating System: Unknown

An issue is pretty old: our timezone is GTM +3 Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, then I configure sync with any NTP server the time is incorrect (+1 hour). Same timezone GTM +3 Baghdad resolve correct time. Using last firmware. Same issue on other HP printers (we have 602 and 712). 

 

Can someone guide me an e-mail or some other contacts to firmware developers who can fix it?

 

I know that I can just put all our printers in Baghdad and rest but it is principal question.

Check the daylight savings time setting.

Thanks for reply! For this time zone daylight saving was canceled several years ago, this settings is unavailable.
