Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 26.0 Tahoe

Hello, I permanently relocated from Germany to California with my OfficeJet Pro 9012e. The printer was configured for EU HP 963 ink. I now need a regional reset to US Region 1 so it accepts US HP 962 ink. Phone support turned me away because the printer hardware is out of warranty, but I understand that regional reset support is covered under cartridge support. I have the printer connected and have the HP Smart app ready. Could an HP moderator please contact me via private message with instructions and the unlock code? Thank you.
