Product: HP Laserjet M402dn

Hi.

 

We have just upgraded our firmware from 20160222 to the lattest firmware and now have problems releasing print jobs through paper cut.

 

Can we please get a copy of firmware 20160222  as i am unable to find a copy of this.

Hello Peter,

 

Older versions of printer firmware arent available on public forums, you might need to call the HP contact center and request for the specific version.  They should be able to provide a temporary link for the firmware version to download.
