Product: MFP M775

I manage several HP printer models  in a large enterprise with strict security and configuration requirements.  We have an M775 with a higher version than is authorized (3.8) and need to do attempt to downgrade to the approved version, 3.5.  I need an official HP source for that firmware version.  I have looked on the HP site for it but only the current one, 3.9.2, is available.  Does anyone know how I can obtain this older firmware version?  Thank you.

HP only publishes the current firmware version.  You will have to open up a ticket with HP under your current warranty contract to request an older firmware version.

I have in my archive firmware  cljM775_fw_2403732_013010 it was downloaded in SEP 2017 it's FS4.

If you want I can upload to my google drive it and send you a link for download.
