LaserJet Pro M201dw
Microsoft Windows Server 2012

This printer had the password enabled along with various security settings by a former employee. Now no one in the office using it has a record of the password and it refures to connect to the server. So we need to get into the core and do a full reset to clear all the settings. Only solution I know of is to reset the printer NVRAM but this is not covered in any documents HP has on line. I am hoping to get this information via some direct message to get this printer back online. Thanks!
