Apologies if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't find a dedicated forum for other issues, nor could I find a support email address related to my problem (if anyone can provide this it would be much appreciated).

I successfully completed the cashback offer (see photo below) for my new HP printer, and received a reference number.  However, the page stated "Full details of your registration will be sent to you (my email) in a few moments", but it has been nearly 24 hours and this has not been received.  I have checked my spam folder and the email address is correct.

(Prior to doing this I registered my printer online as part of the setup process, and was told then I would receive a confirmation email, but didn't receive that either, which prompted me to take a photo when I did the cashback offer.)

I can provide my cashback reference number to HP support, if someone could please look into this for me?  Thank you.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
