Everything was working fine. No issues. Then suddenly, printer won't print. Computer says it is communicating with the printer. I have checked for update on drivers, no problems there. Troubleshoot suggest a USB issue, but port is working fine. Tried a different printer cable on another printer that is working properly, but it still won't print. There is nothing left in queue.

Uninstall and reinstall. That will restore any lost communication you have with the printer.
Confirm any error messages from the installation from there.

Thanks for the suggetsion, @John_Getzke; what is the easiest way to uninstall the printer on Windows 10?
Can I search uninstall?

Disconnect the printer via USB
Go to Apps and Features
Find the HP software
Highlight and click remove
The HP uninstallation wizard should do a decent job of cleaning itself up. Try an installation of the latest software once the machine has removed the software and rebooted. Let us know if you have more problems from there for a more manual software cleanup.
