Me too. It says it "Needs Attention" and I gave it a hug. That didn't work either?


Can't your engineers come up with a more meaningful error message?

Good point on being more meaningful and directive. I have spent way too much time following HP help directives that resolve nothing.

I did find a solution though; bought a Brother!
