HP Laserjet Enterprises M604

I have an issue with tray 2 HP Laserjet Enterprises M604 frequently paper jamming after print 100 pages. I changed feed, separator, and cassette tray 2 rollers but still having the issue. When i used tray 1 is not give me any issue (paper jam). On the small screen display said paper jamming but i didn't see any paper jam.Any advice?

You might have a sticky solenoid.  

 

There is lots of information floating around out there for this issue but none that are specific to the m604 that I could find.  Still the general process should apply to your model too.  Look up a few guides for the general idea on the subject.  If you are confident then try to swap or fix teh part on your own.  

 

If not then contact HP for warranty support or contact a local printer repair tech and ask for a quote.

You can also try opening new papers from a sealed packing and try using new papers. It sometimes can help.
