I did all settings posible to print just black and white copy. it prints in black and white but it uses color ink cartridge everytime instead of just Black Ink. I use to have 477dw and only Ink I purchased when ever I need was black, and once in a while I got color Ink. but for 577dw I have to buy all 4 inks all the time even though I am not printing any color copies and ink cartridges are pretty expensive as you know.
Is there any settings which can help?

Color printers always use trace amount of color consumables by design, even when printing in black and white or greyscale. This is a feature by design not only with HP but with every other print manufacturer that I am aware of. There is lots of information on this subject floating around the web if you care to search on it for a while. The answer you will get from HP is that they do this to enhance the blacks on the page as long as color cartridges are available. There are lots of other technical and security reasons why color is consumed for color printers on monochrome jobs. The answer you will get from annoyed consumers is that manufacturers do this to eat your consumables. You can decide which story you like the best.
The only way to print with only the black cartridge is to purchase a monochrome printer.
