Hello, I have an HP 2035 printer. The toner lights and Attention lights are constantly blinking and the printer won't work. I bought a new HP toner and replaced the toner that was there and the lights still blink and the printer will not print. I've turned it off and on, unplugged the power cord, checked the toner, removed it, shook it and replaced it, tried another toner and still the lights won't go off and the printer still won't work. It's old but it was working great until about a week ago. It's not because of WIndows 10 because I've had that for over a year.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this or Is it time for me to get a new printer?
Thank you in advance for your prompt solutions or suggestions....

The two lights blinking at the same time is not a related code, one light means there is toner issue and the warning light blinking indicates the front door is not closed. Does the door shut firmly and lock closed? There is a tab that engages a switch when you close the front door and I have seen the odd case where that tab gets broken off. It could also be an indicator of a failed DC controller in which case you are likely better off cutting your losses and buying a new printer.

Thank you for your reply! The door shuts firmly and locks closed. I’ve tried new toner and old toner and both lights still blink. I’ve unplugged and turned off and on and still the same. Is there a way for me to check if it’s the DC control to know for sure? It’s been a good sturdy machine. If it’s time to get a new one what do you recommend? Should I get the same kind or is it obsolete now?
