Color Laser Jet Pro MFP- M479mdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Hp Color Laser Jet Pro MFP-M479fdw printer. I turned it off by mistake but when I turned it back on, the printer came on but the display screen did not. I thought maybe I put it in power-saving mode by accident . but I unplugged it several times, switched power outlets, press and held the power button for 30 to 60 seconds; still nothing.. The printer powers up like normal but the screen is doing nothing.. can anyone help me please!!!

If you can still print to the printer then the display screen has failed. I have seen a few failures but does not seem to often enough that any service advisory has been issued. If you are still under warranty, go to support.hp.com and get a case open and get it fixed. Otherwise you will need to order a control panel and self repair or find a local repair shop.
