Hello everyone. I'm sure you've heard this question asked before but none of the solutions found on google or on this forum have worked for me thus far. Essentially, every time I try to print anything from any computer in my house the printer will print two pages, then go into a cleaning/misprint cycle. After the cycle is complete it will print the last page again and then print one new page and go into the cleaning/misprint cycle again.
I have the latest firmware and drivers on all my devices. Can anyone help? I'd like to stick with this product but if it's broken my only option is to get a Brother printer from Costco.

This type of behavior is often caused by worn or dirty pickup roller in the paper tray. Remove the tray and look at the roller located in the cavity of the printer. They should be a consistent grey color with fine fingerprint like ridges. Smooth rollers and dirty roller cannot grip and feed the paper. If dirty, clean with a water dampened cloth and let dry. If badly worn replace them.
This can also be caused by having the paper size settings on the printer wrong. The settings on the control panel of the printer for loaded paper should match the actual paper loaded. Using the Any size option is not recommended as it can cause feed issues.
