Product: Dell Inspiron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer will print a test page but will not print Word or Excel documents.  I tried to print a fillable PDF and the original PDF printed but the fillable part did not.

Sounds like a driver issue.

 

Uninstall and reinstall with the latest and greatest.
