Hello,
I bought the HP Laser 107w printer. I setup this printer but unfortunately forgot EWS Password. I already done WIfi( factor reset) Hold Wifi button for 20 second. I also tried to turn of printer., hold Wifi and X button and turn on printer after 20 second release printer. Unfortunately in both cases wifi settings were reset but still can not login to EWS. Type login: admin and empty password and get information about wrong password.

HP Laser 107w printer does not have an option to reset the EWS password. Please contact our HP Support team for further assistance:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Hi All,
I have the same problem.
I bought the HP Laser 107w printer. I setup this printer but unfortunately forgot EWS Password.

Hi All,
my update.
Today I called the support (080 989 8007) and they answer me that to solve this problem they need to substitute the printer.
I don't belive that! How is it possible that there is no other solution for sw problem?
This is a wonderful printer, I don't want to change it
PLEASE, HELP ME!!!
