Downloaded hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-v20120831-50157036_SMO.exe from HP. (link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110...).
SISetup.exe
"This app has been blocked for your protection". When looking at the digital signature of sisetup.exe I see "a certificate was explicitly revoked by its issuer."
I am an administrator on this machine. I added a second user account and when I logged in, the PC gave me the same error.
I have been jacking around this issue forever and I am really sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What to do/try? Thank you.

My printer is *not* on the wireless network. How to add it?
Of course this does not work! I ran the app. I Added a printer. I selected "wireless". I plugged in the usb. the pc did see the device. i waited the 60 seconds and nothing happened. it was supposed to begin the installation. After 60 seconds I clicked continue. All I got was a spinning circle. after about 2-3 minutes, it went back to the "connect printer via usb" screen.

Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:
Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once done, please download and install the software from here:

Hi,
Apologies for jumping in, but I would like to try some additional steps to try in order to resolve such a problem.
With the printer connected to your computer, launch below utility and follow the steps on screen to disable the HP Smart Install feature (be sure to disable it for both the PC and Printer if such options appear for you:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL53550/lj-129224-1/LJP1100_P1560_P1600_SI_Utility.exe
Once disabling the feature unplug the USB cable from the printer.
From your computer select Devices and Printers (use the search menu) and be sure to remove any instance of your printer if any such exists.
Finally, browse to C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution, double-click HpSetup.exe and follow the steps on the screen.
Be sure not to plug the USB till the installation prompt to do so.
