Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277 dw

Hi

I'm trying to install the printer "Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277 dw".
By inserting the disk in the phase 'preparing installation' comes to 96% and then stops and gives me error.
I am using Windows XP SP3. It is still installed, but physically disconnected other printer hp (2050 hp).
(I tried both to disable the antivirus that reduce to a minimum installation, but the problem still persists).

In the meantime, I contacted the Support of Italy
Who suggested I try to update the driver.
I downloaded the 'HP_LaserJet_M277_PCL6_Legacy_Print_Driver_14295' file
Self-extracting and I launched and everything seems to work.
(I have yet to try scanner and fax machine if they work).

Thanks interlocutor of the Milan support which I do not know the name.
So I can communicate the solution found.
