Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

" HP recommends using colorlok paper" AND THEN IT CANCELS THE PRINT JOB! No matter what I try to print color/black & white anything at all it gives me that message and I'm still using the same reams of paper I have always used! This is absolutely absurd and making me know I should have never gone with HP for a freaking printer! I have so many problems with the HP notebook my brother in law bought me I am kicking myself in the ass for buying an HP! So does anyone have a fix for this stupid problem???
